Finley's 4th Birthday-Circus/Carnival

On Saturday we celebrated my sweet Finley Rose with a Circus/Carnival themed birthday party...or as she likes to call it, her "clown party." She loves all things parties and celebrations, so it is so fun to see her light up and get all excited the weeks and months before her party. She is just like her Mommy...I'm pretty sure my love language is "Celebrations/Traditions/Parties" Hahaha! And I'm so super thankful that I have a hubby who loves celebrating with me. He absolutely loves that I like to celebrate every holiday, that I am big on traditions, and that birthday parties are a production at our house.

So anyway for her party we had a ton of food...nachos, hot dogs, mini hot dogs for the kids, soft pretzels, cupcakes, popcorn, cotton candy, apple slices to dip in caramel and then coat with toffee, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips, frosted animal cookies, dumbbells (candy sticks with marshmallows at each end), lion tamer whips (twislers), ice cream cones, bottled drinks, lemonade...all your standard carnival food.

We had a ton of games....

Ring of fire lion toss, Pin the nose on the clown, 3-in-a row, clothespin drop, duck pond, relay race, goldfish toss, shoot out(with rubberband gun), and a bounce house.

And of course we had prizes! Adorable stuffed clowns that I found at IKEA for .39 cents each, animal bubbles, animal pencils, squishy balls, goldfish, recorders, mini flashlight key chains, mini toy cameras, lip whistles, stickers, and of course everyone got a clown nose!

We also had a photo prop booth set-up!

But the biggest hit was BUBBLES & WOWZA!! Two super fun clowns who did Balloon Art & Face Painting! We saw these clowns a couple of months ago at our church carnival and Finley LOVED them...I instantly knew I had to have them come to her party. She was so excited they were there!

So thankful for all of our family and friends who came out and celebrated our sweet girl!!!

  1. Hi there! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which
blog platform are you using for this site? I'm getting tired of Wordpress because I've had issues with hackers
and I'm looking at options for another platform. I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

  4. Good day! Do you know if they make any plugins to protect against hackers?
I'm kinda paranoid about losing everything I've worked hard on.
    Any tips?
